Organic Red Cedar Mulch

There are several benefits to using Western Red Cedar mulch over other decorative materials such as rock and other dyed mulch varieties.  Although the organic Western Red Cedar mulch is slightly more expensive than dyed mulches, it retains its rich and natural color longer, actually making it more cost effective long term. 

Mulch is a better barrier for plant life because it retains moisture, and creates a much easier environment for plants to grow and develop as opposed to using decorative rock as a barrier.  Also, the rich aroma of Cedar mulch that humans tend to love actually repels insects!
