APL Landscape Staff Profile
Wayne Anderson has been owner/manager of APL for 26 years. He is active in the sales and design process. Wayne has been involved in the green industry for 29 years starting out in lawn service and eventually focusing soley on landscape installations. Wayne was an active foreman until 2003. He earned his degree in business management at Ridgewater College and continues his involvement with the college by giving lectures to students. He is dedicated to continually growing APL, with emphasis on quality and innovative installations.
Jon Langager is senior foreman at APL. He has worked with APL for 21 years. He is involved with continuing his education and training new hires the techniques of proper installation. His patience and experience gives him the ability to run any size project with attention to detail and working closely with clients to exceed their expectations. Jon's nickname at APL is, THE MARINE
John Norton joined our company in 2009. He brings with him a great deal of experience and expertise. John has spent the last 14 years in the construction industry. He has owned and operated a decorative concrete company for the last 4 years, through which he has completed hundreds of custom stamped colored concrete projects including driveways, patios, walkways, countertops, and interior floors. John is skilled at many stamping and coloring techniques including texture and pattern stamping, integral color application, acid staining and hand applied patina staining. Although John specializes in decorative concrete projects, he is also proficient in other areas of construction such as landscaping, stonework, basic flatwork, block work, framing, excavating, snow removal, and roofing. John was born and raised in rural North Dakota. He moved to Minnesota in 2003 and currently lives in Bloomington with his fiancé, Christie, and their two children, Calvin and McKennah.
